Opportunities for high school students at Fidelity

High school summer internships

This 5-week program at Fidelity aims to provide a meaningful experience to help inform students’ decisions about a future career in financial services.

Information and the application will be sent to Boundless members in mid-February 2025.

Job Shadow program

Learn more about what life at Fidelity is like by shadowing a Fidelity associate in the Boston office to learn about them and their role.

Registration information coming in spring 2025.

Opportunities for college students at Fidelity

College job shadow program

Experience life working at Fidelity. Get paired with an associate and take a deep dive into their career/role and Fidelity journey. Virtual meetings will take place on April 9 and 16, 2025.

Program information and application will be sent to Boundless members on February 24, 2025.

College mentor program

Get paired with a Fidelity associate to discuss work experience, ask for advice, and gain knowledge about career possibilities in this one-on-one mentor relationship.

Virtual monthly meetings will take place May – August 2025.

Program information and application will be sent to Boundless members on April 7, 2025.

Asset Management internships

These 10-week internships with our world-renowned investment division take place over the summer in a number of Fidelity offices.
